I never had response from the Time More customer supoort:. This was my original request that was never answered by Time More: I recently purchased a TIMEMORE C3S Pro Max grinder directly from your website, and I would appreciate your assistance regarding an issue that occurred during normal handling of the product. The grinder had only been used for a few days and has never been subjected to any misuse, excessive force, or improper operation. While handling the grinder, I lifted it by the handle, assuming that the lower section was securely attached. However, the lower part of the grinder became detached and fell to the floor. I was surprised that the lower section could detach while lifting the grinder by the handle during normal handling. After the fall, the threaded connection area became slightly deformed, and the grounds container can no longer be screwed onto the grinder body correctly. The grinder is otherwise in excellent condition. I understand that this was an accidental event, and I am not trying to conceal that. However, because the incident occurred during ordinary handling and appears to have been made possible by the current design (with the press-fitted lid and detachable lower section), I would be grateful if you could review the case and advise on the best possible solution. I would appreciate your assistance in finding a suitable solution, whether through warranty evaluation, a replacement part, or another option you may recommend.
