A huge improvement over my basic old grinder. I love the way this looks and am very impressed with the flavour upgrade it gives to my coffee. There are two minor problems: the power on/off button is a bit temperamental; and now I’m going to need a better espresso machine,

Works great, fast and reliable! Pour over mode is more useful than expected, especially after getting used to it. Initially it wasnt easy as the timer stops when giving the brewer a swirl and is taken off the scale unintenionally when in pourover mode. On the otherhand it is quite handy for the timer to stop when finishing a brew and taking off the brewer. If you dont want any of that just use it normal mode
Buying experience was very easy. It said on the Timemore website that there might be taxes to pay when shipping to the UK which they can refund, but I wasn't charged. I was using the in built grinder on my sage machine before this and this is a big upgrade. It looks good, it's much quieter than the sage, and the grind size consistency is a real step up. I haven't put enough coffee through it yet to season the burrs fully but I already love it.

I never had response from the Time More customer supoort:. This was my original request that was never answered by Time More: I recently purchased a TIMEMORE C3S Pro Max grinder directly from your website, and I would appreciate your assistance regarding an issue that occurred during normal handling of the product. The grinder had only been used for a few days and has never been subjected to any misuse, excessive force, or improper operation. While handling the grinder, I lifted it by the handle, assuming that the lower section was securely attached. However, the lower part of the grinder became detached and fell to the floor. I was surprised that the lower section could detach while lifting the grinder by the handle during normal handling. After the fall, the threaded connection area became slightly deformed, and the grounds container can no longer be screwed onto the grinder body correctly. The grinder is otherwise in excellent condition. I understand that this was an accidental event, and I am not trying to conceal that. However, because the incident occurred during ordinary handling and appears to have been made possible by the current design (with the press-fitted lid and detachable lower section), I would be grateful if you could review the case and advise on the best possible solution. I would appreciate your assistance in finding a suitable solution, whether through warranty evaluation, a replacement part, or another option you may recommend. I have attached a photo showing the threaded area and the fitting issue for your reference. Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your reply. At first, I was impressed by the functionality of the Timemore Basic 3.0. The scale felt high-quality and worked perfectly in the beginning. Unfortunately, after only about two weeks of use, a defect appeared: in Pour-Over mode, the coffee-to-water ratio can no longer be adjusted. As a result, one of the most important features has become practically unusable for me. What is even more disappointing, however, is the customer service. In response to my inquiry, I only received a message saying that the issue had been forwarded to technical support. Now, after almost two weeks, I still have not received any further response or solution. My warranty claims have also been ignored so far. For this reason, despite the promising start, I unfortunately cannot recommend this scale and would currently advise against buying it.
Ik ben heel blij met mijn Timemore, hij werkt goed. Makkelijk te bedienen, weinig tot geen retentie. Dus heerlijke koffie! Fijne ook dat je naast de maalgraad de snelheid kan instellen.
The Timemore Basic 3.0 impresses with its high-quality design, modern technology, and wide range of features. It offers many useful functions for coffee brewing and feels well-built overall. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to usability. Once the protective film is removed, the functions and touch controls are not always easy to identify, which can make operation more challenging for beginners, less experienced baristas, or users switching from a different scale. The scale could also respond a bit faster to changes in weight. In addition, the touch controls should better distinguish between actual button presses and weight being applied to the weighing platform. Touch inputs are often recognized with a delay or not at all, requiring multiple attempts. At times, it seems as though the scale interprets the touch input as additional weight on the platform rather than a command, resulting in delayed or missed inputs. The included silicone pad serves its purpose but tends to shift around quite easily during regular use. From a software perspective, I would also appreciate more flexibility. For example, it would be useful to have the option to exclude the blooming phase from the brew timer. Likewise, the coffee-to-water ratio should remain stored when the timer is reset or restarted, rather than being cleared along with the timer or tarring. Overall, the Timemore Basic 3.0 is a capable and well-designed coffee scale with a lot of potential. Despite the issues mentioned above, the price-to-performance ratio is good. With a few improvements to usability and software functionality, it could become an even more user-friendly product.

Very nice product. Overall quality is impeccable, flow control is great. Capacity is not amazing but it fits my needs comfortably. Only “negative” point i can say is that its not super fast to heat, but other than that, excellent acquisition. Hopefully it will last long

Just using it now for a couple of days, 2 weeks now. To be honest, the quality versus the price, it does feel too much overpriced. The equalizer does not spin very perfectly. Even the Aliexpress ones for 5-6$ does the job much much better. The press is also not that great... So I dont know if I have to return it or keep it...

I was hunting for a good coffee Grinder and I am very pleased to have settled on this brand. The design is great with fine attention to detail: the foldable handle, perferated housing and rubber bottom sell it. Wasn't sure if I would enjoy grinding coffee every morning, but this grinder makes it rather easy especially for cleaning and use. Its become a wonderful morning ritual. Regarding the amount that can be ground, it can definitely hold 30g of beans, which is enough for my girlfriend and I in the morning. Considering its compact size that is all you can ask of it, and it does a fine job overall. Highly recommend!
Heavy metal! Works pretty well - as promised and expected - with the difficult-to-extract (ultra-)light roasted beans. Fast and consistent, fun to use.
The grinder is beautiful to look at and well made I do find the actual grinding, especially on the finer ones, quite stiff. Hopefully it will improve with use
Perfect Single Dose Grinder. With my previous one (Eureka Mignon Single) I had the issue of losing “magically” 0.1-0.3gr. With the Timemore I have no problems at all. perfect !
Great scales, the mat is slightly hard to clean as the coffee gets in between the “ribs”
