Timemore X Millab M01 Coffee Grinder

€380,00

M01 is a high-performance, multipurpose hand grinder that blends technology and premium materials, setting a new standard for precision and durability.

Developed through hundreds of hours of prototyping and micro-adjustments, M01’s external adjustment dial unites five all-metal components with lens-like precision. Every click locks in accuracy, offering baristas and enthusiasts total control over grind size.

M01 is equipped with Pineapple Burrs, a cutting-edge burr set designed with an extended grinding path, offering performance comparable to 64mm flat burrs. This unique, elongated design increases the contact area between the coffee and the burrs, while spacing the beans to minimize collisions and reduce irregular breakage.

M01 achieves an industry-leading 0.0725mm burr gap tolerance, the most precise of any TIMEMORE product to date. Its custom-engineered P7 bearings, ensure maximum stability with runout as low as 3μm.

Out of thousands of entries, M01 was honored with a Good Design Award – one of the most prestigious honors in product design.

CLASS DEFINING BURR SET

Flat burr flavor meets conical convenience.

While most grinders chase consistency by going wider, we went taller. M01's burr set features a vertically extended geometry — a new approach that demanded a complete rethinking of how a conical burr should work.

In pioneering this design, Pineapple Burrs delivers unparalleled performance in the same footprint. Its grind path exceeds many 64mm flat burrs in length, delivering particle consistency which puts M01 in a class of its own.

Industry Standard Sharpness

We start with SUS420 stainless steel, precisely cut to size. Each blank is turned, shaped, and then finished by a 5-axis milling machine with an accuracy of 0.005 mm. After milling, every burr undergoes strict quality checks before your M01 is carefully assembled and packaged by hand.

The proof is in

the profile.

Typical conical burrs compress beans into a tight chamber, causing them to fracture irregularly.

The elongated form of the Pineapple Burr spaces out the grind process across five distinct stages, improving separation and reducing collision.

Each particle is gradually shaped rather than shattered — leading to a tight grind distribution and high uniformity.

GRIND ADJUSTMENT DIAL

1 twist. 100 settings.

Countless possibilites.

The product of hundreds of hours of prototyping and meticulous refinement, M01’s grind adjustment dial integrates five all-metal components with lens-like precision. One twist. 100 micro-adjustments. No guesswork. It offers smooth, stepped control with zero slippage — allowing you to dial in your grind no matter how you're brewing.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.0 / 5 from 3 reviews.

Impressive tool! Beautiful design with some smart solutions, easy grinding with (visually) perfect result. Playing with mixed grind sizes to balance the cup and juggling with the flavours is a lot of fun.

Timemore X Millab M01 Coffee Grinder

I ordered from the EU store, however it took 2 weeks to arrive (placed on the 27th, delivered on the 10th) and there was no time estimate when placing the order so that I could manage my expectations. As it was from Timemore-EU I expected it would be shipped from an EU country but it was shipped from china which is why it took so long. I later found that I could have ordered it at a lower price and with next day delivery from a reseller in spain which would have been a much better experience.
