The C5 Pro is beautifully made and feels like a very high-quality grinder, but unfortunately I found it unsuitable for espresso on my Flair 58. Even at its finest setting, I could never get the beans fine enough to create sufficient resistance in the 58 mm basket, so I was unable to reach normal espresso pressure. This is particularly disappointing because the grinder is otherwise excellent in terms of build quality and design. I would therefore recommend it primarily for pour-over/filter coffee rather than for serious espresso, especially with a Flair 58.
