Experience ordering on Timemore was nice. I had a little delay receiving my grinder due to few amount in stock. It would have been nice to receive a mail notify it so I know what to expect on time delivery. After sending a mail to costumer service, they answered me really quickly and were really nice so great for that

The grinder is very nice, quiet and quick. What I don't like so much is the hopper, which is made of plastic. I feel all the other products are so durable and sturdy, that I can't rationalise the use of plastic here. Customer service / delivery hasn't been smooth at all, I never received a working track and trace code. A week after the delivery one of my neighbours came to the door as the package had been delivered to him. I was never notified of this.
I first bought the chesnut c5 pro esp and it was nice and smooth to work with. So I trusted the brand to get a step forward with this electric model and I very satisfied with the product. Beautiful as well as good for my espresso routine

Silent, precise and easy to use for single shot espresso machines.
The machine broke down after only a few uses. There was a burning smell coming from the motor. It no longer starts. Timemore is very complicated when it comes to returns.
It is quiet, consistent grind size, and speedy. I like it very much!
