Safe Electric Kettle | 304 food grade stainless steel. We tested several times that boil water to 88℃ need 220s with home edition; With commerical edition just need 192s. Faster than most electric kettles. High precision to control the water temperature. Boil-dry protection will automatically power off when burning without water.

Two Different Sizes | Home edition 600ml(around 20.29ounce) 1000W, the maximum water level is around 560ml; Commercial edition 800ml(around 27.05ounce) 1500W, the maximum water level is around 750ml. Two sizes meet your different needs. NOTE: These two heating bases are not universal.

Broad Brewing | For pour-over, the water temp of 90-92℃ is recommended for medium roasted beans, 92-96℃ for lightly roasted beans, and 85-90℃ for deep-roasted beans. This kettle is also suitable for AeroPress, portable espresso maker, Clever Coffee Dripper, Chemex, French Press, and tea making.
