It took months to get the product and only when I demanded my money back did i see movement on my order. I got zero correspondence, just an email to say my order was dispatched. Shipping took very long (around 11 days) but otherwise I’m content with the product, it works as intended. I’ve been using it for the past week and I haven’t run into an issue yet. Positives: - Great flow control, switching from Hario Buono was not an issue at all. - The walls inside have a really beautiful sheen, almost like a mirror. - The capacity is great, allowing me to brew multiple coffees simultaneously if needed. Some minor negatives: - Min-max lines are sometimes not visible due to the precipitation on the walls. An engraving on the wall would have been easier to see. - I don’t really know what the wooden indentation is about, but even if it helps with controlling the pour, it’s excluding me as a left-hander. - The lid is flush underneath, so when it is placed on a surface after boiling, it lightly sticks to them due to the precipitation.
